​CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


ADAPT w/Anna
The ADAPT training system is a one of a kind physical development program.  It is one of the first training systems to incorporate under one philosophy the two worlds of physical therapy and rehab with performance training and athletic enhancement.  The ADAPT system is an enjoyable and highly effective method of physical fitness training.

Aikido w/ Beatrice
Our Aikido class follows the traditional format taught in the US Aikido Federation.  We start with 20 min. of stretching and formal movements.  Basic movements are an important focus.  After warm-ups, we continue with interactive techniques in a group or in pairs.  We complete the session a period of deep breathing to cool down.

Body + Soul w/ Jin
A mix of workouts incorporating muscle toning and cardio for all levels!
 
ADK-Fit w/Jason
ADK-Fit is a strength and conditioning program that is designed to make you a better athlete. No matter what your sport is, ADKFIT will help you improve your overall conditioning.  A constantly changing high intensity workout class. Are you fit enough or brave enough to step up and try it out?

Hydro Class w/ Ricky & John
This water class utilizes beginner to advanced level exercise with water resistance equipment and some deep water movements to enhance range of motion and strength. This class is perfect for someone starting out with exercise as the aquatic environment supports the body and allows for more movement and constant resistance.

Lean + Sexy Power Ball w/Anna
Firm your total body with this challenging and effective workout combining the use of the fitness balls and weights.  Because the ball constantly challenges your balance, you have to work deep core muscles harder with each exercise.  This routine incorporates upper, middle and lower body exercises, working your entire body.  You will strengthen muscles, burn more calories, and improve core strength and posture.

Pump Up The Juice w/ Jocelyn 
This is a high energy circuit class involving dumbbells, steppers, jump ropes and mats.  It is for intermediate and above people looking to build their cardio and strength, modifications can be made if necessary.  This is a 55 minute Boot Camp style class so bring your "A Game" and get ready to Pump Up The Juice. 

Morning Glory Fitness w/ Jin
Circuit training class for all levels of fitness from beginners to experienced.  Come join our dedicated “Glories” for a great way to jump start your day!

Silver Sneakers®- Muscular Strength & Range of Movement  w/ Anna 
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Tai Chi w/ Beatrice
Our intention in this class is to investigate and explore Chi energy through basic Tai Chi movements and breathing exercises –for the sake of improving your health.   We learn to articulate and flow Chi energy and to experience the deep serenity of moving meditation.  Through this union of body and mind, we actually feel this Chi energy moving through our bodies. 

Tone to the Bone w/ Seth 
An intense class stressing proper alignment and form suitable for all ages and levels.  A workout for the entire body using methods of repetition, and light and heavy weights.  The final 15-minutes are devoted to a cool down and stretch.

S.W.A.T
A high intensity cardio class that targets the whole body.  This class will use all types of different equipment to help create S.W.A.T…Sweat…Weights…Abs…Tone…Be part of the SWAT Team!
 
Mega Blast w/ Seth
A rockin’ weight and cardio training circuit that hits all parts of your body. Concentrating on combinations of different exercises every minute that will leave you with a total body burn!

BOOM-Fit (cross training class) w/Seth 
This specialized class includes a combination of boot camp and cross-fit inspired exercises.  Put together in a circuit that increases strength, stamina, and cardio fitness throughout the hour long class.  Changing exercises every week for fun excitement and maximum results!

Insanity w/ Kate
INSANITY Live isn't your ordinary cardio-conditioning class. This thrilling, max-interval style workout takes you through drill based exercises focused on cardio, strength, and agility to reach your personal best. Come try this workout for effective weigh loss, to build strength, and great cross-training. No weights or equipment needed and modifications are shown. 

Vinni Yoga w/ Helene 
Slow down, re-connect with yourself, stretch and strengthen your body, free up your movements, clear your mind and relax. Classes are inspired by Viniyoga, Svaroopa and Hatha Yoga styles. Each month has a theme such as back care, neck and shoulders. Classes are open to new and
​experienced students. Non-member friends and family welcome.
